Where do we even begin with Jessica?! ❤️ When Derek and I randomly walked into an open house one day, we had no idea that we were about to meet not only our buyers Agent, but also the lender who would help make our dream of becoming homeowners a reality. And somehow, Jessica just happened to sneak into that open house too! 😂 Clearly, the universe was working overtime that day! From the very beginning, Jessica was an absolute wealth of knowledge. She sat down with us and explained SO much — numbers, options, the process, what to expect, what everything meant — and somehow managed to make it all feel understandable instead of completely overwhelming. And then came the house hunting… and the numbers. 😂 Jessica was ALWAYS there. Morning, night, weekends — it didn't matter. Every time we had a question, needed clarification, or found ourselves staring at numbers wondering, “Okay… but can we actually make this work?!” Jessica was right there in our corner figuring it out with us. And when I say always available, I mean ALWAYS available. At one point, this woman was literally at a concert in Vegas, and we knew that if we suddenly needed numbers crunched or something figured out that night, she would still have been there for us. 😂 Now, to be clear, we weren't about to interrupt her concert — but the fact that she had made it abundantly clear that if we needed her, she was there says everything about the kind of person she is and the kind of lender she is. She didn't just tell us what we could or couldn't do. She worked with us, listened to us, looked at every angle, and constantly tried to find a way to make the numbers work while making sure we understood what we were doing. That kind of dedication is hard to find. What started as a lender helping us buy a house quickly became so much more. Jessica made us feel comfortable, supported, and genuinely cared for throughout the entire process. She became someone we trusted, someone we could laugh with, and ultimately, a friend — not just the person handling our loan. ❤️ Buying our first home was a HUGE step, and having Jessica in our corner made such a difference. We will forever be grateful for all the late-night questions, number crunching, explanations, encouragement, Vegas-concert availability 😂, and probably more patience than we deserved.
